Rasmalai Recipe: Required Ingredients
• 1 cup milk powder
• 1 egg (break it in a bowl and beat well)
• 3-4 tbsp. oil
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• 1 liter milk
• 1 cup sugar
• Pistachios and almonds (as needed)
Rasmalai Recipe: Cooking Instructions
1. Add milk powder, egg, baking powder and oil in a large bowl and mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2. After that, make small dumplings of prepared mixture.
3. Take fresh milk in a pan and keep it on stove over medium heat.
4. When the milk comes to boil, add sugar and let it cook for few minutes, so the milk thickens properly.
5. Add prepared milk-balls (dumplings) into the boiling milk and cook for five minutes.
6. Delicious rasmalai is ready, transfer it in a bowl and garnish with almonds and pistachios.
7. Serve delicious rasmalai after cooling it in refrigerator.
