The tomatoes are fried separately with oil and a good spicy tomato sauce is prepared that is added over the chicken cooked with spices. Spicy Bombay Biryani Recipes

INGREDIENTS:

RIce 1 kg
Chicken 1 kg
Cumin seeds 20 gm
Black pepper 5 gm
Nail 5 gm
Cinnamon 5 gm
Black cardamom 4
Green Cardamom 4
Chinese salt 10 gm
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Pepper red ground 20 gm
Color yellow 20 gm
Plum 10
Chaat masala 2 teaspoons
Salt to taste
Tomatoes 250 gm
Cilantro leaves ½ cluster
Mint leaves ½ bunch
Green chiles 20 gm
Ginger Garlic paste 2 teaspoons
Lemon 2
Yogurt 250 gm
Fried onion 50 gm
Oil 250 ml

How to make Bombay Chicken Biryani

METHOD:

Wash 1 kg of rice and soak in water. Then boil the rice until the 3/4 is finished.

Heat the oil in a pan, add 2 teaspoons of garlic paste and ginger and sauté until golden brown. Now add 1 kg of chicken and cool well.

Then add seeds of cumin, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, black cardamom, green cardamom, turmeric, Chinese salt, crushed red pepper, salt, yellow color and yogurt. Mix well.

Add 1 cup of water and cook for a few minutes.

Separate separately the 250 g tomatoes, ½ bunch of coriander leaves and ½ bunch of mint leaves.

In a hot pan a little oil, add the chopped tomatoes, coriander and mint leaves. Cold well

Then add 2 teaspoons of chaat masala and 10 dried plums. Cold very well. Also add the juice of 2 lemons and mix well.

Spread the tomato mixture on top of the chicken mixture; Now make a layer of boiled rice on top.

Sprinkle 50 g of fried onions on top and simmer until ready.
