Special Mutton Chaap Recipe: Required Ingredients

1/2 kg chaaps
1 egg
2 tbsp. ginger-garlic paste
1 tomato
1 lemon
1/2 kg potatoes
1/2 tbsp. red chili powder
1/2 tsp whole spice powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs (as needed)
Cooking oil

Special Mutton Chaap Recipe: Cooking instructions

Wash mutton chaaps thoroughly in running water.
Marinate mutton chaaps in the mixture of lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Keep it aside for about one hour.
After the recommended time period, boil the marinated chaaps in little water.
When chaaps have become soft and the water has been dried, remove the pan from heat.
Now add little oil in a frying pan and sauté the chaaps.
Boil potatoes and crush them.
Add salt, lemon juice, black pepper powder, whole spice powder and red chili powder into the crushed potatoes and mix well.
Break an egg in a small bowl and beat it well.
Coat the chaaps with prepared mixture, dip in beaten egg and add a coating of bread crumbs, then deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown from all sides.
Delicious mutton chaaps are ready now. Transfer them in a serving dish, garnish with salad and tomatoes. Serve hot with yogurt chatni.
