Required Ingredients: Vegetable Noodles Recipe

  • 1 packet Chinese noodles
  • ½ cup Soya sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup finely chopped carrots
  • ½ cup chopped capsicum
  • 5 cups Chicken yakhni
  • ½ cup cooking oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Ajinomoto
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

  • Take 3-4 cups of water in a pan and bring it to boil.
  • Add noodles, let it boil once and then remove from heat.
  • Stir the boiled noodles in order to prevent them from sticking together.
  • Take oil in a pan and heat it.
  • Add chopped onion fry until it becomes golden brown.
  • Add noodles to the fried onion and saute for one minute.
  • Heat the chicken yakhni in another pan, add chopped vegetables and other spices in it and cook.
  • Add two beaten-eggs gradually and mix well with the help of spoon.
  • Cook the vegetables along with yakhni until the water has been dried.
  • Finally, add noodles and saute lightly for five minutes.
  • Delicious vegetable noodles are ready now. Serve with tomato catchup.
