Seekh Boti Easy Cooking Recipe
Beef / lamb / lamb 1 kg
Papaya paste 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice 4 teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Cumin 1 teaspoon (toasted and crushed)
Garam masala 2 teaspoons
Chile red chopped 2 teaspoons
Salt to taste

Cut the meat into cubes.
Put the meat in a bowl and marinate with papaya paste, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, roasted cumin, garam masala, crushed red chile and salt.
Leave for 4-6 hours for marination.
