I love baking, I love baking anything, you don’t believe that I bake my omelets, and it tastes yummier than anything else and I have sweet tooth which make me cook something in middle of night so many times.

Red Velvet cupcakes English Recipe

I love Red Velvet cupcakes specially that one which one of our neighbors use to make with either dark- or white-chocolate frosting with silky texture and I still remember the yummy healthy flavor if it and today after many many years, I am going to try to make it for all of you, I am sure you will love it, but if any of you know a better version, please share with us, we would love to try it too.
Here is the list of Ingredients you would be using to make these yummy cupcakes.
For Cake you need,
1/3 cocoa
3 tablespoon red food coloring
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, leave it on room temperature because we need a softened butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon white vinegar…
Now these are the things you need to make your Frosting.
1 cup whole milk
3 tablespoon flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 ounce of 62 percent dark chocolate or white chocolate, it’s up to you
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
First of all we will make the cake, and for that you need to preheat the oven at 350 degrees F and line 2 standard 12-cup cupcake tins with baking papers and set aside,
Now we will mix the cocoa, food coloring, and vanilla together in a small bowl and set aside, we are not mixing it yet, now beat the butter and sugar together in a large bowl and use medium speed of electric blender, now add yolks and beat for 1 more minute and now add the dry cocoa mixture in it and beat till it combine, now add the buttermilk and salt together and then add flour and mix baking soda and vinegar and blend into the batter well, give it some time to get smooth and then fill each cupcake tin with 3 tablespoons batter and put it in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes and then take them out and cool in the pans on a wire rack for 15 more minutes cause you need cool cake before frosting.
Now we will make our frosting and for that whisk milk, flour, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat till it start getting thicker and start bubbling a bit, now transfer to a small bowl and let cool down a bit, now melt your chocolate  and put it aside to cool too, now beat the butter, confectioners’ sugar, and cocoa together until light and fluffy and now add cooled chocolate and add milk mixture and vanilla extract and beat again until smooth and fluffy and now that is time to use it IMMEDIATELY.
