7 green chilies

700 g of rice on watch
1 TSP Mace
1 TBSP Black Pepper
1 TBSP cinnamon
1 TSP Nail
1 bay leaf
½ cup of yogurt
1 TSP Kewra Water

Cooking method:

1. In a bowl, add the Guard rice, water, and soak these rice for 22-25 minutes
2. Take a Batis cloth, add coriander seeds, whole cumin, star anise, anise, black pepper, cinnamon, clove, bay leaf and make a Potli bag.
3. Add water in a pan, add Garam Masala Potli, lamb, onion, garlic, ginger and simmer for 15 minutes, the lamb meat is ready
4. Add Ghee in a pan. Then add the onion, let brown and simmer for 1 minute
5. Now add water, simmer for 1 minute, then ginger, garlic paste, green chile and stir well. Now add the Mace powder, the green chili and stir well
6. Then add the lamb that is already prepared, Garam Masala, yogurt, salt, lamb broth and stir. Then simmer for 3-5 minutes
7. Then, add Tamarind, soak Guard Rice, stir well
8. Now add mace powder, green chili, kewra water and simmer for 15 minutes
9. Your tasty lamb Yakhni pulao is ready to serve
