Ingredients:

Salt (as needed)

2 onions
150 g of Garam Masala
4 cloves of garlic
10 g of ginger

7 green chilies

1 TBSP Black Pepper
1 TBSP cinnamon

½ cup of yogurt
1 TSP Kewra Water

Cooking method:

1. In a bowl, add the Guard rice, water, and soak these rice for 22-25 minutes

7. Then, add Tamarind, soak Guard Rice, stir well
8. Now add mace powder, green chili, kewra water and simmer for 15 minutes
9. Your tasty lamb Yakhni pulao is ready to serve
