Date Delight Recipe: Required Ingredients
• ½ kg dates
• ½ cup coconut
• 1 cup fresh cream
• Marie biscuits
• ½ cup sugar
• 4 tbsp. margarine (Dalda banaspati can also be used)
Date Delight Recipe: Cooking Instructions
1. Wash the dates after removing their seeds and make them pulpy.
2. First of all, add margarine in a non-stick frying pan and heat it for three to four minutes.
3. Now add dates into the frying pan and cook for few minutes to make fine paste. Thereafter , add sugar and coconut, cook for more five minutes.
4. Breakdown the biscuits with the help of your palms and add them into the dates-mixture. Continue cooking the mixture for some time and then transfer in a greased plate. Let it cool down.
5. Delicious date delight is ready now. Cut it into squares, garnish with fresh cream and serve.
