Chicken Tikka Pulao Cooking Recipe: Required Ingredients

•    1 kg chicken
•    4 tbsp. white vinegar
•    1 tbsp. red chili powder
•    1 tsp whole spice powder
•    1 tbsp. ginger-garlic paste
•    ¼ tsp orange food color
•    1 ½ tsp salt
•    ¼ cup cooking oil
For Spice:
•    1 cup yogurt
•    1 tsp red chili powder
•    ½ tsp turmeric powder
•    1 ½ tsp coriander seed powder
•    15 pudina leaves
•    1 cup cooking oil
More Ingredients Required for Chicken Tikka Biryani
•    1 kg rice (boiled)
•    1 tbsp. whole spice
•    2 tbsp. salt

Chicken Tikka Pulao Cooking Recipe: Cooking Instructions

1.    Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly and let them dry completely.
2.    Now marinate the chicken in the mixture of red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, whole spice powder, black pepper powder, salt and orange food color. Keep it aside for about half hour.
3.    Add cooking oil in a frying pan and cook marinated chicken until it becomes soft and tender. Finally give the fried chicken steam with hot coals.
4.    To make spice, heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion over low flame for 15 minutes.
5.    Then add chopped tomatoes and fry again for few minutes. Thereafter, add red chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander seed powder, cook well.
6.    Now add one-cup yogurt, prepared chicken tikkas and green spice.
7.    Grease the bottom of pan and spread one layer of boiled rice and second layer of chicken tikka spice. Then add two more layers of rice and spice.
8.    Steam the chicken tikka pulao for 7-8 minutes and then remove it from heat.
9.    Serve hot with salad and yogurt chatni.
