It is believed that the Mughals were the first to introduce biryani in northern India, while southern India was exposed to its brilliance through the Arabs. Biryani flourished in some of the most important Muslim centers across the country, including Lucknow, ancient Delhi and Hyderabad, to name a few, after which it was gradually adopted by all.

Korma Wali Mutton Biryani

Ingredients

– Half a cup of cooking oil

– 3 onions

– 4 cardamom

– 700 g of lamb (lamb)

– 2 tablespoons of Ginger Garlic Paste

– According to the taste Salt

– 1-1 / 2 tablespoons of red chili powder

– 1 tablespoon coriander powder

– 1 tablespoon cumin powder

– 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala powder

– 1 tablespoon of Whole Garam Masala

– 1 cup of yogurt

Method of cooking

1- In a pan, add cooking oil, onion and cook until golden brown

2- Grind yogurt and cardamom

3- In another pan, add the lamb, the ground pasta and mix it, then keep it in the fridge for one hour

4- In a pan, add cooking oil, garlic paste and ginger and cook until golden brown

5- Now, add the lamb and cook for 2-3 minutes

6- Now, add salt, chili powder, cilantro powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, whole garam masala and cook for 5 minutes

7- Now, grind the fried onion, yogurt and add to it, then simmer for 30-35 minutes
