Korean Beef Recipe: Required ingredients
1 kg beef
2 cups yogurt
½ kg onion (thinly chopped)
4 bay leaves
5 small cardamoms
5 black cardamoms
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Whole (as needed)
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder (as needed)
Ghee or cooking oil
Korean Beef Recipe: Cooking instructions
First of all, wash the beef pieces thoroughly in fresh water and let them dry.
Add cooking oil in a pan and heat it.
Fry the chopped onion till it becomes golden brown, then add beef pieces and cook properly over low flame, stirring continuously.
After that, add yogurt and let the beef cook till all the water dries.
Then, add half amount of ginger-garlic paste and cook again.
Add cardamom and other spices along with sufficient amount of water.
Cover the pan with its lid and let it cook for some time over low flame till the beef pieces become tender.
Once the water has been dried, add remaining ginger-garlic paste and cook well.
Delicious Korean beef is ready, transfer it in a serving bowl and garnish with thin, long ginger slices and fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with naan or warm pitta bread.
