Keema Recipe in urdu And English For Eid ul Adha ; So today we are sharing a homemade recipe for frying “keema” (???? ?????) in dhaba style. It’s a fusion of Pakistani and Indian style keema that I tried to do in dry form. Basically, it is a keema kira masala that you can use for multiple purposes as you can do biryani, keema paratha, keema kachori and other dishes. Keema Recipe in urdu
I made this recipe for keema fry with lamb, but you can also try this with chicken. Watch the video of the recipe to quickly follow the recipe. The language of the recipe is in Urdu / Hindi to facilitate local people.
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds – 1 Tsp
Mutton Keema (Minced) – 1/2 KG
Salt to taste
Garlic of ginger (grated) – 2 teaspoons
Red Chile Powder – 1 Tsp
Coriander seeds – 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tablespoon
Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
Water – 150 ml
Sliced ??onion – 1 medium size
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Rock salt – 4 pinches
Green Chilies – 3/4
Fresh cilantro – chopped
In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and heat.
Add cumin seeds and when it starts to burst
Take 1/2 KG of minced lamb meat and add in pan at high temperature.
Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes to remove the natural mineral water.
As the chopper dries and the color changes to white
Then add 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic in the form of zest.
Mix well and stir for 1 minute.
Now add more spices such as chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander seeds.
As the spices mix with the lamb, add the tomatoes. Be sure to peel the tomato skin and remove the seeds.
Now add 150 ml of water and cover the pan on low heat for about 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, check the keema if it still has some kind of raw meat, add a little more water and cook until it is 100% made.
Now uncover the pan and add the sliced ??onion, garam masala powder, cumin powder, rock salt and green chili peppers.
Fry the keema for 5 minutes at medium temperature.
Mix well and cover again for about 5 minutes.
Now add fresh coriander to improve the appearance and taste of the fried keema.
In this stage, you are ready to serve now.
