Keema Bharay Karelay Recipe
5 bitter melon (Karely)
1 cup of water
6 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 teaspoon garlic paste and ginger
1 cup onion (sliced)
1 cup of tomato (chopped)
½ teaspoon chopped cilantro
½ teaspoon chopped chili
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons fresh coriander
2-3 green chiles
Ingredients for stuffing minced meat
1 kg of minced beef
1-1 / 2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon of Ginger Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon chopped chili
1 tablespoon of Garam Masala
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 cup of tomatoes (chopped)
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ cup of yogurt
4 tablespoons of oil

In a cooking pan add the minced meat, water and cook for 6-8 minutes
