Karahi Qeema Recipe: Required ingredients
1/2 kg minced meat
4 green chilies
1 onion (thinly chopped)
1 tbsp. amchoor powder
2 tbsp. ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. whole spice powder
1 tbsp. coriander seed powder
1 tbsp. black pepper powder
2 tsp white cumin seeds
1/2 cup ghee or cooking oil
Karahi Qeema Recipe: Cooking instructions
Wash minced meat thoroughly in fresh water and let it dry.
Add cooking oil in a frying pan and heat it.
Add chopped onion into the hot oil and fry till it turns golden brown.
Add minced meat, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
After cooking the spice well, add half cup of water and let the qeema become tender.
Lastly steam the Karahi qeema for five minutes and then remove from heat.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and green chilies.
Serve hot with salad and parathas.
