Karahi Kabab Recipe: Required Ingredients

1/2 kg minced meat
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp red chili powder
1 onion (chopped)
3-4 green chilies
Fresh coriander leaves
1/2 tsp whole spice powder
Ingredients for Gravy
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 fried onions
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
Tomatoes (as needed)
1raw onion
1/2 tsp whole spice powder

Karahi Kabab Recipe: Cooking Instructions

Wash minced meat thoroughly and let it dry completely.
Mix all spices in a large bowl and marinate minced meat in this cocktail.
Chop the prepared mixture in a chopper.
Make long kababs and fry them in hot oil for 4-5 minutes. Keep these kababs aside.
Take cooking oil in a saucepan and heat it.
Now add all spices and fry for one minute. Fry ginger-garlic paste as well.
Then add tomatoes, chopped raw onion, red chili powder and salt.
Add brown (fried) onion and cook well.
Add water to make gravy and kababs, let the gravy cook for few minutes and then remove from heat.
Garnish with green chilies and fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with naan or warm pitta bread.
