Kabab Masala Recipe: Required ingredients
1/2 kg minced beef (grind it thoroughly)
2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp whole spice powder
2 cups water
1 medium onion (cut into rounds)
1 medium capsicum (cut into slices)
1 tomato (cut into slices)
1 potato (boil and cut into slices)
1 tsp thinly chopped coriander leaves
7 green chilies
4 tbsp. cooking oil
Salt to taste
Kabab Masala Recipe: Cooking instructions
Wash beef qeema thoroughly in fresh water and let it dry.
Add qeema, red chili powder, salt and whole spice powder in a large bowl and mix all ingredients well.
Make seekh kabab like kababs of the prepared mixture.
Add hot water in a saucepan, place it on stove over medium heat.
When the water comes to boil, add prepared kababs in it and let it cook over low flame.
Once the water has been dried, add cooking oil into the kabab and shake saucepan. Avoid to run the spoon in the kababs.
When the kababs turn golden brown, add onions, capsicum, tomato, potato, coriander leaves and green chilies.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the vegetables, cover the saucepan with its lid and steam the kababs for two or three minutes.
Now transfer kabab masala in a serving bowl.
Place a hot coal in the center of serving bowl over a bread slice and cover the bowl.
After five minutes, remove the bread slice and hot coal. Serve delicious kabab masala with tandoori naans.
