Chicken Butter Supreme Recipe: Required ingredients

4 chicken breast pieces
100 g butter
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Chopped coriander leaves (as needed)
2 tbsp. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 onions (cut into cubes)
1 cup tomato paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. olive oil

Chicken Butter Supreme Recipe: Cooking instructions

Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly and let them dry completely.
Take a sharp slicing knife and cut the chicken breasts from middle in order to butterfly them.
Now marinate butterflies chicken in the mixture of salt, black pepper, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice.
Add chopped fresh coriander leaves into the butter and place it on deep freezer for some time, then fill it in the chicken breasts. After filling butter, close the chicken breasts properly.
Grill the stuffed chicken breasts in a grilling pan.
Take olive oil in a saucepan for making sauce.
Add onion and fry it for 3-4 minutes. Then add ginger-garlic paste, minced tomatoes and spices, cook well.
When oil separates, pour the gravy over grilled chicken breasts. Cover the pan with its lid and steam for ten minutes.
Transfer the chicken breasts in a serving plate. Cook all-purpose flour and it into the remaining gravy.
When the gravy thickens, pour it over the chicken breast pieces.
Serve hot with naan or pitta bread.
