How to make Mutton Biryani Recipe In Urdu
Ingredients for rice:

700 gm Guard Supreme Basmati Rice
Water (as needed)
Ingredients for onion pasta:
12-15 pieces of almonds
1 cup fried onions
Water (as needed)
Ingredients for Marination:
1 kg of lamb
2 tablespoons garlic paste and ginger
2 tablespoons coriander powder
Salt (as needed)
1 and ½ tablespoon of red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 cup of yogurt
Ingredients to boil the rice:
Water (as needed)
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon whole spices
½ tablespoon of cumin
700 grams of supreme guard rice (already soaked)
Ingredients for lamb:
1 tablespoon of oil
Marinated Mutton (already prepared)
1 tablespoon whole spices
½ tablespoon of cumin
Prepared onion paste
1 Large tomato (chopped)
½ cup of water
Ingredients for the assembly: cooked lamb
Supreme rice guard
1 cup fried onions
1 cup of coriander leaves
1 cup of mint leaves
1 teaspoon of water kewra
1 teaspoon yellow food color
1 teaspoon of saffron milk
Salad, raita (Optional and as needed)
Indications for rice:
1. Add water in a bowl, soak the rice in this water for 22-25 minutes
2. Set aside
Instructions for onion paste:
1. Combine the almonds, fried onions, water, in a blender and mix well until you get a thick, smooth paste
2. The onion paste is ready
Directions to Marination:
1. Add lamb, ginger garlic paste, cilantro powder, salt, chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, yogurt in a bowl and marinate for 1 hour
Instructions for boiling rice:
1. Add water in a cooking bowl, then add cooking oil, vinegar, whole spices, cumin, store the basmati supreme rice and boil until the water is absorbed.
Directions for the lamb:
1. Take a cooking pan, then add the marinated oil and lamb
2. Cook for 8-10 minutes
3. Then add garam masala, cumin, onion paste, chopped tomato, water and cook for 20-25 minutes again
4. The lamb is ready

Assembly:

1. Add the cooked lamb in a cooking pan, then add the boiled rice
2. Spread fried onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves and cooked lamb over it
3. Cover it by spreading the layer of rice over it
4. Spread the fried onions, the coriander leaves, the mint leaves, again in the last
5. Now add kewra water, yellow food color, saffron milk, and cook for 7-8 minutes
6. Serve with raita and salad
