Phool Gobi Manchurian
Ingredients:
Coli flower: 1 normal size
Eggs: 2
Corn flour: 2 tsp
Green paper: 4
Pineapple juice: Half Cup
Garlic paste: 1tsp
Chicken Yakhni: 1 cup
Tomato ketchup: Half cup
Gurr: 1tsp
Ajinomoto: Half tsp
Oil for fry accordingly
Method:
Mix the eggs, salt and two tsp in cap. Separate the flowers of Coli flower. Burnthe oil in frying pan. And fry flowers of Coli flower till it does not change in golden color. Now boil 2 tsp in a pan and fry it for 2 minutes. Then put the tomato ketchup, black paper, Yakhni, pineapple and gurr. It is to be noted that the color of gurr will be change after mixing Soya sos. When this look to be ready then mixes the corn flour in water and mixes it. When sos look hard then put in the Pineapple juice, green paper, ajinomoto and fried Coli flower and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Phool Gobhi Manchurian is ready, serve it with fried rice.
