  • Complete fish
  • White allaichi ( 6 pieces)
  • White Zeera ( 2tbls)
  • Yougurt ( 4 tables
  • Garlic chopped well
  • Ginger ( chopped small 1/2 tea spoon
  • Garam Masala
  • Haldi ( For taste)
  • Salt and red food color.
  • Olive oil ( for taste)

Recipe ;

After washing the fish then it left to dry, then cut into two sides of the fish with knife. Then Fried allaichi and Zeera in the frying pan and fried well. When the fragrance of the masla is popped out then meshed those. Food color, Yougourt and all masalas put into the blender and make a solution. Then this solution applied on the fish and put this for 3 to 4 hours. Then oiled the grill and heated then applied the oil on the fish with the help of brush. Then put this fish into the grill and cook for almost 7 minutes. When this is baked or cooked from the two sides then separate it into a plate and decorated with tomatoes, Onion and lemon and serve this.
