Fish fillet (cut into strips) ½ kg
Fresh egg (smoothie) 1
Breadcrumbs (fresh) 1 cup
Refined flour (sifted) ½ cup
Black pepper powder ¼ teaspoon
Red chili powder ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
How to make Fried Fish Fingers
• Marinate the fish with lemon juice, salt, black pepper and red chili peppers; stay aside for a while.
• Heat the oil in a wok; Take bread crumbs on a plate and flour on a separate plate.
• Cover each piece of fish first with egg, then flour and bread crumbs.
• Fry the golden fish in a wok; Serve hot.
