Eid ul Adha Boti Kabab Special Recipes
Beef boti-1 kg
Red Pepper Powder-1 tablespoon
White cumin (bhunna hua pissa hua) -1 teaspoon
Ginger / Garlic paste-1 tbsp
Papaya (kacha papita) -2 tablespoons with skin
Salt to taste
How to make Boti Kabab
Wash the meat and add the yogurt, the salt, the red pepper, the papaya, the garlic and ginger paste, the cumin, the lemon syrup and marinate it.
Leave it for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, take skewers and skewer boti in it and cook.
Your boti kabab are ready to serve.
