Hot fudge in the United States and Canada is usually considered to be a chocolate product often used as a topping for ice cream in a heated form, particularly sundaes and parfaits and normally we make it for kids, but you can actually make it to keep as sweet too and today I am making a very easy recipe of fudge.

Fudge is a type of Western confectionery, which is usually soft, sweet and rich and normally we make it with the mixture of sugar, butter, and milk, heating it to the soft-ball stage at 240 °F (116 °C) and then beating the mixture while it cools so that it acquires a smooth, creamy consistency and fluffy and now there are many other flavor including chocolate fudge, peanut butter fudge, and maple fudge and normally we add some nuts in it, but one can add or quit adds according to their choice and now we are going to make a very simple way to make fudge.
Here is the list of Ingredients you need for this yummy fudges…
One and 1/3 cups of margarine,
6 tablespoon sugar,
One and half cup of evaporated milk or you can use milk powder,
Two packs of semi-sweet chocolate chips,
10-15 oz marshmallow cream,
Now take a Lightly grease 2 9×13 pans and put it aside, now take a large pan and combine butter, sugar and milk and bring it to rolling and then keep it on boil over medium heat but keep stirring constantly for 5 minutes then put it aside and then add chocolate chips, stir until melted and then vanilla and marshmallow crème and mix well and keep stirring until completely mixed and then pour into pans and let cool at room temp and then let it cool down, you can add some nuts in it too and then after hours and cut into squares and enjoy.
American-style fudge which is a basically a chocolate fudge was originated even during 1886 and it was as actually a super simple fudge recipe, but then they add some toffee in it and made it even better and even softer, but the one that we get now is a mixture of milk and sugar and it is very healthy too, unless you are not adding too much sugar, if you make it at home then it is safe and healthy too and much better for your kids than chocolates and sweets they eat from market cause you never know what they add in it and what kind of ingredients are in then.
