Dry Beef Chili recipe: Required Ingredients

•    1 kg boneless beef
•    Salt to taste
•    2 tbsp soya sauce
•    2 tbsp ajinomoto
•    2 tbsp. paste of raw papaya
•    1 tsp black pepper powder
•    3 tbsp white vinegar
•    2 tbsp thinly chopped garlic
•    1 tbsp sugar
•    2 onions
•    2 capsicums
•    10-12 green chilies
•    ½ cup cooking oil

Dry Beef Chili recipe: Cooking Instructions

1.    Cut the boneless beef into 2-inch ling slices and wash thoroughly in running water.
2.    Marinate the beef slices in the mixture of soya sauce, papaya paste, black pepper powder, white vinegare, sugar garlic and 3 tbsp cooking oil. Keep the marinated beef aside for about an hour.
3.    Add remaining cooking oil in a frying pan and heat it over medium flame.
4.    Add the marinated beef slices into the hot oil and cook over high flame till the water dries.
5.    Now add onions, capsicums and green chilies, continue cooking for some time.
6.    Finally cover the pan with its lid and steam the beef fore few minutes.
7.    Serve the mouth-watering dry beef chili with plain naan or boiled rice.
