Fish – 1 kg
Egg – 2 in number
Maida (refined and bleached wheat flour) – 1 cup
Lemon – 1 head
Mustard powder – half teaspoon
Red Chile – 1 teaspoon
Onion – 1 bulb
Green Chile – 5 heads
Corn Flour – 2 tablespoons
Oil – 2 cup
To make fish paste, beat the two dice eggs.
In the beaten eggs, add limousine (lemon), salt, chili, onion and green chile (ground) and mix well.
Put the corn flour and Maida (refined and bleached wheat flour) into the eggs and cover them well.
Make a thick paste, rub it on the fish and leave it for two hours.
Heat the oil in Karahi (wok), apply bread crumbs on the pieces of fish and fry them.
