Moong Daal Cutlets Recipe

Ingredients: Moong Daal Kabab Recipe
Yellow moong daal –1 cup
Chicken Keema –1 cup
Gram flour –1 cup
Onion –1 thinly sliced
Green chilies –4-5
Whole dried coriander –1 tsp
Carom seeds –1/2 tsp
Pomegranate seed –1 tbsp.
Green coriander –1 bundle
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Put chicken keema, daal moong and onion in a boiler and put it on the stove.
Let all the ingredients cook until they soften up and the water dries up completely.
Remove heat and after releasing steam, mash the mixture thoroughly and add in gram flour, black pepper powder, whole dried coriander, green coriander, green chilies, pomegranate seed, carom seeds and salt. Blend all the ingredients well together.
Also add a little amount of oil as well and mash meticulously.
Now take small balls of the prepared mixture and shape them in the form of cutlets.
Dunk the cutlets in gram flour and fry properly until they are evenly brown from both sides.
Delectable Mong Daal cutlets are ready. Serve with mint and coriander chutni.
