Chinese Samosa | Urdu Recipes Is very crunchy and tasty dish.
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg.
- Potatoes 4 piece.
- 5 Eggs Boiled.
- Salt and Red Chilli For taste.
- Samosa Patti ( For Taste).
- Dalda Banaspati for deep fried 1and half cup.
First cut the small pieces of potatoes and chicken and entered in to the pot. Then mixed the salt and black papper and milk. Then cook untill the milk is dried and Potato and chicken is fully baked. Now mixed these solution very well and then put some small choped egg pieces into this solution and mixed with very well. Then put this solution on the samosa patti and make some samosas. Then heat the Dalda Cooking Oil in the fry pan and then fried these samosa in the friedpan until the samosa are turning to be golden broen. Then use with the chatni of Imli, mint and yougourt.
