1: chopped chicken 500 g
2: small pasta any shape 1 cup (boiled with salt 1 teaspoon)
3: spring onion 3 (chopped)
4: cabbage 2 cups (sliced)
5: medium 2 carrots (peeled and cut into strips)
6: 1 cup sweet corn
7: 1-inch fresh ginger (grated)
8: fresh garlic 5 pieces (grated)
9: 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
10: white pepper powder 1 teaspoon
11: salt 1/2 teaspoon
12: Chinese salt 1/2 teaspoon
13: chicken powder 1/2 tsp.
14: bean sprouts 1 cup
15: dark soy sauce 3 tablespoons
16: oil 3 tablespoons
To do Samosa:
1: Samosa Patti (as many require Readymade or verify the link in the video made at home)
2: normal flour 1/2 cup and water 1/2 cup (mix well to make pasta)
3: frying oil
1: heat the oil and add the fried ginger and garlic for a few seconds, then add the minced chicken and cook until the chicken is cooked and there is no liquid, over medium low heat.
2: Now add the vegetables, the chicken powder, the Chinese salt, the salt, the black pepper powder, the white pepper powder, the soy sauce and the cold over high heat (do not overcook).
3: then add the pasta mixture well, and keep it aside to cool completely.
4: to make samosa: make the paste mix normal flour, water.
5: take the Patti and fold as shown in the video, add the filling, fold the paste to paste the ends.
6: heat the oil and cool until browned on both sides.
7: You can freeze them in bags with airtight seal once full but (not fried).
8: serve hot with ketchup.
