Chinese Fried Rice Recipe

Boneless chicken …………………………………. Half kg (cut into small pieces)
Soy sauce ……………………………………………… .. a spoonful
Black pepper …………………………………………… .. one teaspoon
Flour …………………………………………………. A spoonful
Salt …………………………………………………… .up to teaspoon
Cooking oil ……………………………………………… three tablespoons
Garlic ……………………………………………… .popeado in small pieces (half bowl)
Onions ……………………………………………………… .. .. a medium (cut into small pieces)
Green chiles …………………………………………………… one (cut into small pieces)
Carrots ………………………………………………………. Two (cut into small pieces)
Bell Pepper …………………………………………………. .One (chopped into small pieces)
Eggs …………………………………………………………… two
Salt ……………………………………………………………. One teaspoon + Half teaspoon
Chinese salt ……………………………………………… .. .. one teaspoon
Cold garlic sauce … … … … … … … … … … … … a teaspoon
Boiled rice ……………………………………………………… a glass
Soy sauce ……………………………………………………… one spoonful
White pepper ………………………………………………… .. one teaspoon
Vinegar …………………………………………………… .. A spoonful

Take a bowl, add the chicken in it.
Add the soy sauce, black pepper, flour, half a teaspoon of salt in the chicken and mix with a spoon.
Take a pan and add cooking oil. Heat the cooking oil.
Add the chicken and fry until golden brown.
Cover the pan, lower the heat and let the chicken cook until tender.
When the chicken is ready, take it out on a plate.

Add a little more oil in the pan and add the garlic and onions in it.
Fry the garlic and onions for a few minutes and then add the green chile.
Let the vegetables cook for a few seconds and then add the carrots in this pan.
Let the carrots cook and then add the pepper.
Mix the vegetables with the kitchen spoon. Make them tender when frying.
Add a tablespoon more oil in these vegetables and add the eggs.
Mix the eggs in the vegetables with the help of a kitchen spoon.

Put the boiled rice in this mixture and mix well with this mixture.
Add soy sauce, white pepper, vinegar and half a teaspoon of salt in the rice.
