Chicken Tikka Kabab Recipe: Required ingredients

2 chicken leg pieces
2 tbsp. papaya
1 medium onion
1 medium piece of ginger
5 garlic cloves
3-4 green chilies
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp whole spice powder
½ tbsp. dry coriander seeds (powdered)
½ tbsp. cumin seeds (powdered)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp. red chili powder
1 tbsp. poppy seeds (khashkhash)
Salt to taste
250 g yogurt
4 tbsp. cooking oil
Fresh coriander leaves and green chilies for garnishing

Chicken Tikka Kabab Recipe

Take two boneless chicken leg pieces and cut them into one inch cubes.
Add papaya onto the chicken cubes.
Make a paste of onion, ginger, garlic and green chilies by grinding all ingredients in a blender.
Now add the prepared cocktail into the chicken and mix well.
Then add lemon juice, whole spice powder, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, red chili powder, poppy seed, salt and yogurt into the chicken mixture and combine properly once again.
Leave it for about half hour.
Once the recommended time period has passed, take the chicken cubes out of the spices and fry in frying pan.
After frying the chicken cubes from all sides, add the remaining spices in the pan.
Cover the pan with its lid and let the chicken cook for some time.
When the chicken cubes become soft and tender, dry the gravy by cooking it over high flame.
Delicious chicken tikka kabab are ready now, transfer it in a serving dish, add gravy in a side of dish, garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies and serve hot.
