Chicken Manchurian Recipe
In summers, when cooking turns out to be the hardest house-hold task, chicken Manchurian can be the most ideal meal option to cook. Boneless chicken –1/2 kg
Onion –1 (crushed)
Tomato Sauce –1/2 cup
Pineapple Juice –1/2 cup
Salt to taste
White pepper –1 tsp
White vinegar –2 tbsp.
Ginger Garlic paste –1 tbsp.
Sugar –1 tsp
Pineapple cubes –1/2 cup
Soya sauce –2 tbsp.
Corn flour –2 tbsp.
Maida flour mixed with chicken cube –1 tbsp.
Oil –2 tbsp.
Put chicken in a wide bowl and mix it with salt, sugar, vinegar, soya sauce, and corn flour and let it sit for almost one hour. As soon as the set time is over, stir fry the chicken.
Now take some oil in a pan and fry onion and ginger-garlic paste until it turns golden. Then add in tomato sauce, white pepper and pineapple to create sauce.
Next up, include fried chicken and parch for a couple of minutes. Thereafter, dissolve some corn flour in a little water and put it in the Manchurian gravy along with raw pineapple.
Finally mix in Maida flour and let the gravy thicken for a while. Pour some lemon juice and take your chicken Manchurian off the stove.
Garnish with green chili and coriander; delicious chicken Manchurian is ready. Serve hot with fried rice.
