Chicken Makhani Recipe: Required Ingredients

•    1 kg chicken (cut into small pieces)
•    ½ cup cooking oil
•    5 whole red chilies
•    ½ tsp cumin seeds
•    ½ tsp black peppers
•    Salt to taste
•    3 medium green onions
•    3 medium tomatoes
•    Mentha (pudina), fresh coriander leaves (dhania) and green chilies

Chicken Makhani Recipe: Cooking Instructions

1.    Take some water in a pan, add chicken in it and place it on stove over light heat.
2.    Let it cook till chicken pieces become soft and tender.
3.    Add cooking oil in another pan and heat it.
4.    Add cumin seeds, whole red chilies and black peppers and   fry all ingredients.
5.    Then add thinly chopped green onion, tomatoes, salt and little water. Cook masala for few minutes.
6.    Now add boiled chicken into the prepared masala and cook again.
7.    After 3-4, minutes, add ½ cup water and steam for five minutes.
8.    Add butter as well.
9.    Delicious chicken makhani is ready now. Transfer it in a serving bowl, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
