Chicken Banno Kabab Recipe: Required ingredients

1 kg boneless chicken (cut into square pieces)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp gram flour
2 tbsp minced green chilies
2 tbsp thinly chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 tsp white vinegar
¾ tsp special Qasori methi (fenugreek)
3 eggs
Salt to taste
¼ cup Bread crumbs
Cooking oil

Chicken Banno Kabab Recipe: Preparation tips

Wash the chicken pieces in fresh water and leave it for drying.
Once the chicken pieces have been dried, marinate it in the mixture of salt, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, vinegar, fresh coriander, and Qasuri methi.
Now keep the marinated chicken in refrigerator for about 20 minutes, so all the seasoning get fully absorbed into the chicken pieces.

Chicken Banno Kabab Recipe: Cooking instructions

Take a little amount of oil in a frying pan and heat it over medium flame.
Add gram flour into the oil and cook it while stirring until you feel pleasant aroma of cooked gram flour.
Add the chicken pieces and continue cooking over low flame until the chicken pieces become half-tender. Add the bread crumbs also.
Transfer the chicken pieces in a plate and let them cool down.
Set the chicken pieces onto the bamboo sticks and roast in tandoor.
When the chicken pieces become soft and tender, take them out of tandoor, coat with egg yellow (beaten) and roast once again until the egg coating turns golden brown.
Scrumptious chicken banno kebabs are ready now, keep them in serving dish, garnish with salad and serve hot with tomato ketchup or yogurt chatni.
