Fish Burger Recipe: Required Ingredients

•    Boneless fish slices
•    Salt to taste
•    1 tbsp. garlic paste
•    1 tsp roughly ground black pepper
•    1 tbsp. roughly ground white pepper
•    2 tbsp. tomato paste
•    2 tbsp. tomato ketchup
•    ½ tsp Chinese salt
•    1 tbsp. white vinegar
•    1 tbsp. soya sauce
•    Eggs
•    1 cup bread crumbs
•    Burger bun
•    Salad items

Burger Fish Recipe: Cooking Instructions

1.    Wash the fish slices thoroughly in fresh water and let them dry completely.
2.    Mix salt, garlic, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, tomato paste, mustard paste, Chinese salt, vinegar and soya sauce in a bowl.
3.    Marinate the fish slices in prepared mixture and keep in refrigerator for about one hour.
4.    Break egg in a bowl and beat well.
5.    Dip the marinated fish slices in beaten egg and then coat them with bread crumbs. Put them in refrigerator once again for ten to fifteen minutes.
6.    Take cooking oil in a frying pan and heat it for 2-3 minutes.
7.    Fry the fish slices in hot oil until they turn golden brown from both sides.
8.    Cut the burger bun from center and sauté both sides.
9.    Put salad leaf and fried fish slice on one side of burger bun and place tomato slices and cucumber slices over it. After that, cover fish burger with other side of bun.
10.    Hot and yummy fish burger is ready; Serve with tomato ketchup or chili sauce.
