Breakfast Burritos Recipe: Required Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder (as needed)
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp paprika powder
• ½ tsp minced white cumin seeds
• 2 thinly chopped tomatoes
• ½ cup crushed cheddar cheese
• ½ cup sar cream
• Cooking oil (as needed)
Breakfast Burritos Recipe: Cooking Instructions
1. Break all eggs in a large bowl and beat well after adding salt, black pepper and two tbsp. water.
2. Take 2-3 tbsp. cooking oil in a frying pan and heat it over medium flame for one minute.
3. Add beaten eggs into the oil and fry until they turn golden brown.
4. Mix all-purpose flour, wheat flour, a pinch of salt and two tablespoons oil in a platter, add a sufficient amount of water gradually and knead well to make hard dough. Leave it for ten minutes.
5. Make small-sized tortillas of prepared dough with the help of roller and cook them from both sides in a greased nonstick frying pan.
6. Set fried egg, thinly chopped tomatoes over the surface tortilla, sprinkle spices and roll up the tortilla.
