- Sausages –1-1/2 cup
- Keema –1 cup boiled
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper –as required
- Eggs –2
- Bread slices –2
- Burger bun –2
- Butter –as required
- Chider cheese –4 slices
Follow given-below easy steps to make delicious and healthy breakfast burger.
Step 1. Chop the sausage in a chopper after removing the skin and put it in a mixing bowl.
Step 2. Add in boiled keema, egg, bread slices, salt and black pepper and blend well.
Step 3. Take small balls from the mixture and then flatten them into cutlets frying later on as per your preference.
Step 3. Melt a little butter in a frying pan and bake your burger bun a little.
Step 4. Put chider cheese and cutlets over the bun; also put a fried egg and place second slice on the top of the first one. Serve hot with hot coffee.
