Boti Kabab Recipe
Red Pepper Powder-1 tbsp
White Cumin (bhunna hua pissa hua)- 1 tsp
Ginger/Garlic Paste-1 tbsp
Papaya (kacha papita)- 2 tbsp with skin
The most effective method to make Boti Kabab
Wash the meat and include yogurt, salt, red pepper, papaya, ginger garlic glue, cumin, lemon syrup and marinate it.
Abandon it for 60 minutes.
Following 1 hour take sticks and string boti in it and cook.
Your Boti kabab are prepared to serve.
