Beef Recipe: Required Ingredients
1 kg boneless beef
4 thinly chopped spring onions
1/2 cup soya sauce
5 tbsp. white vinegar
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp. ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
Whole spice powder (as needed)
Salt to taste
Beef Recipe: Cooking instructions
Cut the boneless beef in 2-inch pieces and awash thoroughly in running water.
Combine all spices and seasonings well to make a smooth mixture.
Marinate beef in the prepared mixture and keep in refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Then take it out, add sesame oil in it and mix well.
Now cook the marinated beef pieces over hot coals till they become golden brown from both sides.
Serve hot with yogurt chatni.
