Pulao meat recipe with ingredients and directions
Here, we will guide you on how to prepare this delicious Pulao rice recipe at home using the following ingredients and instructions.

Ingredients

Nails 9 to 10
Cinnamon 1
Black cardamom 1
Grains of black pepper ½ cda
Fennel seeds ½ cda
Coriander seeds ½ tablespoon
Cumin seeds ½ tablespoon
Laurel leaves 2
Ingredients for Stock
Beef ½ Kg
Water 1.5 liter
Ginger garlic paste 1 & ½ Tsp
Sliced ??onion 1 medium
Salt ½ tablespoon
Cooking oil ¼ cup
Sliced ??onion 1 medium
Ginger and garlic stick 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder ½ cda
Corned and crushed cilantro seeds ½ cda
Toasted and crushed cumin seeds ½ cda
Chile red crushed 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper ½ cda
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Yogurt beater ½ cup
Green chilies 2
Chopped mint leaves ½ cup
Stock 3 glasses
Rice ½ kg soaked for 30 minutes

Directions to Bouquet Garni

Take a muslin cloth, add cloves, cinnamon, black cardamom, black pepper, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, laurel leaves and wrap it to make a garni bouquet.

Directions for Stock and Pulao

Take a pot, add the beef, water, ginger and garlic paste, onion, salt, bouquet garni and boil, cover and cook until the meat is ready.
Now, remove bouquet garni and discard it.
Now, remove the meat, reserve and cook the meat broth until it is reduced to 3 cups.
Take a pot, add the oil and onion, cold until the color turns golden.
Now, add the ginger and the garlic paste and mix well.
Now, add the cooked meat, the turmeric powder, the coriander seeds, the cumin seeds, the crushed red chile, the crushed black pepper, the garam masala powder, the salt and mix these ingredients well.
Now, add the yogurt, mix well and cook over high heat until the water has reduced and the oil is separated.
Now, add the green chilies, the mint leaves and mix well with the previously cooked ingredients.
Now, add the beef broth and mix well, add the rice and mix well with the broth.
Now, cook over high heat until the water is reduced to ½ cup, cover and steam for 8 to 10 minutes and your recipe is ready to serve. You can serve this recipe with mint raita.
